1. Service description
King IPTV provides a premium IPTV server delivering live channels, video-on-demand and EPG data over the internet. Access is delivered via M3U or Xtream Codes credentials sent by WhatsApp after payment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm you are responsible for compliance with local content and broadcasting laws.
3. Account and credentials
Credentials are personal and may be used on the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. Sharing credentials publicly, reselling, or attempting to bypass connection limits may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payment
Plans are prepaid for the period selected (1, 6 or 12 months). All payments are processed securely through WhatsApp checkout (PayPal, card, crypto, bank transfer).
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not work for you for technical reasons attributable to us. Requests must be sent on WhatsApp within 7 days of activation. After 7 days, all sales are final.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, force majeure events and ISP issues on your side are excluded from any uptime calculation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: redistribute the streams, use the service for public commercial display without licensing, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the prepaid period.
9. Limitation of liability
King IPTV is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
